INGREDIENTS:
8.8 oz pkg Thai rice noodles
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 lb Polish sausage (kielbasa)
1 yellow onion diced
5 cloves minced garlic
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1-2 Tbsp Hoisin sauce
1 cup chicken stock
2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup sliced carrots
3 green onions sliced
salt and pepper to taste
sesame oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Prepare noodles to package directions. Drain and add a dash of sesame oil to prevent sticking. Cut carrots and cabbage into small, uniform pieces. Slice kielbasa into 1/4” pieces. Heat oil in wok or large frying pan. Add kielbasa, yellow onion, garlic and soy sauce: cook 3-5 minutes until kielbasa is browned slightly. Add chicken stock, cabbage, carrots, green onion and Hoisin sauce. Cook 5 minutes until vegetables are softened. Add drained noodles and toss to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.
